Full-time

Our Floor Technicians Will

Perform commercial cleaning duties in nursing home setting
Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners
Strip, wax, and polish floors
Vacuum carpets and rugs
Sweep and mop hard surface floors
Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.

We Require our Floor Technician to have

Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods is a plus
Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects, if required
Excellent time management skills
Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
