About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic IT Intern to support our business growth in Turkey region by optimizing IT operations and enhancing technical processes, while upholding our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various systems
Support the IT team in managing network connectivity and troubleshooting network issues
Help document IT processes and maintain system documentation
Participate in the deployment and configuration of computer systems and software applications
Provide technical support to end-users both remotely and in-person
Assist in maintaining inventory of IT assets and equipment
Help in the testing and evaluation of new technologies and software solutions

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software components
Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
