Core Responsibilities
- Installation, Configuration and Management of IT Infrastructure Systems.
- Implement IT infrastructure projects.
- Resolve problems and issues related to IT Infrastructure.
- Maintaining performance tuning operations.
- Backing up and Recovery of IT infrastructure and business critical data.
- Designing and Implementing Disaster/Recovery operations.
- Monitoring of IT infrastructure and business critical systems.
- Evaluating IT infrastructure readiness, data boundaries, and security controls for enterprise AI integrations (such as Microsoft 365 Copilot) in compliance with banking regulations.
- Work closely with local application development team, other banking business units and overseas branches IT teams.
- Manage technology vendor, technical support cases, and third-party service providers.
- Identifying IT risks and controls, assessing their design and operating effectiveness, and conducting periodic reviews.
- Managing and executing end-to-end IT audit processes (internal, external, and regulatory audits).
- Tracking IT audit findings and remediation action plans to ensure timely closure.
- Periodically reviewing and updating IT policies, procedures, and governance standards.
- Experience in regulated environments preferably banking sector with good understanding of IT regulatory, risk and compliance requirements, especially BRSA Information Systems regulation is a strong plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Mathematics, Statistics, Electric & Electronic Science & Engineering.
- Master’s degree or double major is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Proven experience in IT Infrastructure systems management in the following areas:
- ⚬ MS Server and Client Operating Systems Management,
- ⚬ MS Exchange Messaging Systems Management,
- ⚬ MS Active Directory Management, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and core Microsoft Infrastructure services,
- ⚬ VMware Virtual Server Environment Management,
- ⚬ Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops / VDI Environments,
- ⚬ Good familiarity with the Microsoft System Center Family (SCCM, SCOM, SCSM),
- ⚬ Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Good understanding of enterprise AI governance, data residency, access control principles, and regulatory constraints in banking environments.
- Experience with Enterprise Backup and Recovery Solutions.
- Good understanding of Storage Technologies (SAN/NAS) and concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Turkish; additional language is a plus.
