About The Job

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating warehouse and shipment activities, ensuring accurate goods handling and system transactions, and supporting smooth communication across internal stakeholders.

Job Description

Place Coordinate shipment and goods receiving activities, ensuring accurate handling.
Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders, including Project Managers, Order Handlers, Workshop, and Shipping teams.
Register and report any deviations in goods receiving to the relevant Claim Coordinator, and support the QC team with claim investigations.
Carry out warehouse and production activities in accordance with ALPS standards, while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Operate forklifts and ensure the safe handling, movement, and storage of materials and goods.

What You Know

At least a Diploma or equivalent qualification, with relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or a similar environment.
Experienced and certified forklift operator.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good coordination, communication, and organisational skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and safety.
