Engineering Development Program (ENDP)

Job Description

Manage multiple challenging projects.
Assess current state and define business solutions.
Analyze and propose business needs.
Facilitate discussions to gather confirmation on requirements / use cases / scenarios.
Interact with various teams across energy and resources businesses.
Exposure to senior level management team on day-to-day activities.
This position needs someone who are tech-savvy, able to quickly adapt to new professional collaborative environments, deal with flexibility, take initiatives, and achieve results.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum GPA is 3.0
Proficient in basic MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Strong in analytical and problem-solving skills
