About the Role We're looking for a Financial Accountant to join our awesome Finance team. Reporting to our Accounting Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial statements and financial reporting for the Baygold Group. You'll work across multiple entities, partner with a range of stakeholders, and have the opportunity to continue building your technical accounting skills while making a genuine impact. What We're Looking For We're after someone who enjoys taking ownership, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. If you're proactive, solutions-focused, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Bring A relevant tertiary qualification. CAANZ membership, or progress towards professional accreditation, would be highly regarded. Experience in a Financial Accountant or similar position. Strong financial reporting and technical accounting skills. Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail. The ability to juggle priorities and consistently meet deadlines. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and confidence using financial systems. Experience with Xero would be an advantage. A practical, hands-on approach and a willingness to contribute wherever needed. Experience in horticulture, agriculture, or a multi-entity environment is helpful, but not essential. Why Baygold?
