Job Overview

Job Summary:**

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a skilled Cider-Electrician to perform electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on renewable energy projects. This role focuses on hands-on electrical work and does not require driving.

Job Responsibilities:**

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and relevant codes (NEC, local, and company standards).
Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, terminating, and testing of electrical circuits.
Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
Ensure all electrical work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other trades and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
Document all work performed, including repairs, installations, and inspections.
Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and instructions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Qualifications:**

Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably within the renewable energy sector (solar, wind, etc.).
Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification required.
Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant electrical standards.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Demonstrated ability to use a variety of electrical tools and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, amp clamps, megohmmeters).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various outdoor and construction environments.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or at heights.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including potential overtime and weekends, as project demands require.New
