We are currently looking for an Accountant to join our Accounting team on a 1-year fixed-term contract , covering a maternity leave. As an Accountant, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Accounting department in alignment with the company's goals and policies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and general ledger entries.
- Communicate (internally and externally) with all related parties for the accounting issues.
- Ensure that financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with finance-related policies, procedures, and tax-accounting standards.
- Control and reconciliation of balances with clients, suppliers and banks
- Perform bookkeeping and other accounting duties
- Invoice archiving and electronic record management
- Handle the preparation of executive summaries: cash flows, balance sheets etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
