About The Role

Omma Lite SA is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for processing day-to-day accounting functions and providing support to Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate will possess a basic technical accounting background and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management. Responsibilities

Performing daily accounting entries in the company’s ERP system
Recording invoices (accounts payable).
Maintaining and updating accounting records and documentation.
Bank reconciliation in accordance with customer and vendor accounts.
Ensuring MyData compliance
Processing payments and supporting day-to-day operations
Assisting in month-end and year-end closing procedures
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Skills in accounting software, Microsoft Excel and ERP systems are required. Familiarity with Entersoft EBS will be seen as an asset.
