Project Manager

Mojo Supermarket · New York, United States

Operations ManagementExternal listingfull-time34 minutes ago

About The Role

WHO WE ARE

Mojo Supermarket is a fully integrated agency built on the creative philosophy "Break your Brain Good." We create work that rewires the way people think and helps brands solve their biggest business challenges. By combining strategic thinking with bold creative, we deliver ideas that generate outsized business results for clients including TikTok, Burger King, Chase, DoorDash, Ruggable, and more.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Project Manager who knows how to bring structure, clarity and momentum to fast-moving creative work.

As Mojo grows its social-first and Social AOR partnerships, our Project Managers need to understand how to run both always-on content engines and larger campaign moments; balancing planned work with rapid-turn opportunities, multiple content streams and constantly shifting priorities.

You'll partner closely with Account, Strategy, Creative, Production, Creator, Data & Analytics and Operations to keep work moving from brief through delivery. You'll own the operational heartbeat of your projects: timelines, dependencies, scope, budgets, communication and process, creating enough structure for teams to move quickly without slowing down the creative opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own projects from brief through delivery across always-on social, creator-led work, content programs and integrated campaigns, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and within scope.
  • Build the operating rhythm for social AOR work, managing ongoing content calendars and recurring workstreams alongside reactive opportunities, launches and larger campaign moments.
  • Develop clear project plans, workbacks, milestones and deliverable matrices across social content, video, stills, creator assets, adaptations and integrated executions.
  • Serve as the central connector across Account, Strategy, Creative, Production, Creator and Data & Analytics, ensuring briefs, handoffs, reviews, approvals and final delivery happen smoothly.
  • Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, creative reviews and key checkpoints, making sure decisions, responsibilities, dependencies and next steps are clear.
  • Manage project scope and financial health, including estimates, budgets, burn tracking and scope changes, in close partnership with Account and Finance.
  • Partner with Creative Operations to identify project staffing and capacity needs early, flagging conflicts or changing requirements before they impact the work.
  • Understand the requirements of social delivery — including platform formats, content variations, client and legal approvals, paid and organic needs and fast-turn deadlines — and build them into the project plan.
  • Identify risks and blockers early, solve problems proactively and continually improve the processes that allow teams to make great work at speed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4–6 years of project management experience within a creative, social, digital or advertising agency.
  • Meaningful experience managing social-first or always-on client work; experience working within a Social AOR model is strongly preferred.
  • An understanding of how social work actually gets made — from content calendars and rapid-turn creative to creators, production, organic and paid deliverables and larger campaign activations.
  • Strong knowledge of agency workflows across strategy, creative development, production and delivery.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with different timelines, stakeholders and levels of complexity.
  • Confidence managing project budgets, scope, estimates and burn, and knowing when to escalate risk.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create clarity across multidisciplinary teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm and decisive when priorities change quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet or similar.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Our social AOR accounts operate with a clear, reliable rhythm that supports high-volume content without unnecessary process or friction.
  • Teams know what's happening, what's next and what they need to deliver — with fewer surprises, missed handoffs or last-minute fire drills.
  • Mojo can respond to timely cultural and social opportunities quickly without derailing the rest of the work.
  • Projects stay healthy from a scope, timeline and budget perspective, with risks identified and addressed early.
  • Account, Creative, Strategy, Production and other partners see you as someone who makes the work easier to accomplish and the team better at working together.
  • The systems and processes around your accounts continue to improve as the business grows.
