Functional (job responsibilities)

Supervise, motivate, coach and inspire team member to achieve monthly performance target.
Handle and resolve enquiries escalated from CROs.
Monitor CRO performance and review individual goal based on their performance report
Have an in-depth product knowledge, conduct trainings, staff management and good knowledge on processes and controls.

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

Align and support Bank’s and department’s vision and objectives to achieve common goals.
Uphold and adopt and rigid approach on check and control to mitigate risk management.
Uphold the Bank’s integrity and creditability at all times by carrying duties professionally.

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)

Ensuring department controls are in place and process flows are complying to audit, regulatory, and compliance.
Respect the HLB culture & take an active role in the communities.

Requirement

2 – 3 years in relevant field (sales department)
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Good Leadership and people management skill
Training, coaching and motivating skill
