  1. Documentation & Product Governance
  • Product Documentation: Draft, update, and maintain core customer-facing and regulatory documents, including Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), Product Disclosure Sheets (PDS), and FAQs.
  • Governance Support: Ensure product messaging and mechanics comply with internal policies, risk requirements, and guidelines before campaign rollouts.
  1. Stakeholder Briefings & Operations
  • Briefing Sessions: Prepare reference materials and host operational briefing sessions for Customer Service, Operations, and frontline teams prior to new campaign launches.
  • First-Line Support: Act as an operational point of contact for routine queries regarding campaign mechanics, terms, and eligibility rules.
  1. Initiative Tracking & Coordination
  • Daily Recaps & Action Items: Attend alignment syncs, produce clear meeting recaps, and track action items to maintain project momentum across existing and new initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Follow-Ups: Work closely with Risk, Marketing, Tech, and Operations teams to follow up on pending deliverables and ensure launch timelines stay on schedule.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Banking, Business, Management, Economics or a related field. Equivalent practical experience with a proven track record of execution will be equally valued.
  • Strong organizational skills with a knack for keeping track of multiple moving parts without losing attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for drafting documentation, hosting meetings, and delivering concise project updates.
  • Comfortable engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and following up on project milestones constructively.
