Requirements

• We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team.
• If you have experience in online customer service and a focus on service quality, this position is for you.
• You should be proactive and proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
• In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously.
• Your problem-solving skills and commitment to service excellence will be key to your success in this position.

Must have

• Excellent English communication skills — C1 -C2 (written and spoken)
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of customer service experience
