About The Role

This position is responsible for responding to customer requests and inquiries related to Sherwin-Williams products and order management support. This position maintains a vast knowledge of products to provides quality service and support to customers as well as internal teams promptly.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships.

  • Processing customer orders in ERP system
  • Planning deliveries to the customers
  • Sending order confirmations, issuing/sending invoices to the customer
  • Setting up /Updating customer cards with contact details, maturity of invoices, delivery conditions, contact persons info
  • Setting up all new item cards for further correct deliveries according to the legislative requirements (ADR info)
  • Receive incoming goods to the ERP system, according to the load list/invoice
  • Check with warehouse any discrepancies – informing supplier
  • Setting up min/max level of goods for automatic ordering
  • Entering data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records.
  • Regular communication with other dept for efficient info flow
  • Planning trucks for receiving goods on time to be able to fulfil promised delivery date to the customers
  • Retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries (for example on inventory levels or delivery schedules.)
  • Perform other routine administrative activities according to the organization’s established procedures. These activities may include answering telephones; updating stock cards and inventory records; and completing receipt, transfer, delivery, and dispatch forms.
  • Communication with Customs clearance offices, processing paperwork needed for export to third party countries
  • Importing/updating customer price list
  • Ordering appropriate transportation of customer orders, choosing the best suitable and price competitive
  • Provides support to financial dept and auditing companies
  • Provides support for yearly stock take
  • Processing non-customer orders in ERP – support to financial dept.for monthly invoicing overview

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and/or Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have an associate degree or higher in business or customer service management
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position
