Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication and follow-up with existing licensees across multiple brands
  • Communicate daily with international licensors via email and conference calls
  • Coordinate product and creative approval processes between licensors and licensees
  • Organize sales materials, presentations, reports, and other brand/licensee-related documents
  • Support licensees with brand guidelines, assets, approval requirements, and general inquiries
  • Track payments and support related administrative processes
  • Monitor online and offline markets for counterfeit and unauthorized products
  • Prepare and maintain reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Provide general administrative and account management support to the licensing team

Knowledge and Experience

  • Entry level to approximately 5 years of work experience
  • Interest in brands, consumer products, fashion, entertainment, or licensing is a plus

Skills and Abilities

  • Native Korean and business-level English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable communicating directly with international business partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple brands and tasks simultaneously
  • Responsible and proactive in following up on ongoing matters
  • Creative or design experience/academic background is not required; the ability to understand feedback and communicate clearly between licensors and licensees is more important
