The role must understand all reporting requirements and manage stakeholders to ensure inputs are available when required to prepare, review, and finalise reports to meet reporting deadlines. The job will be highly fulfilling for anyone who craves a professional challenge in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • Part of the acquisition / asset management division and support to meet annual acquisition target requirements.
  • Be responsible for deal sourcing, structuring, executing and asset management of deals that matches Fund mandate.
  • Support in fund raising efforts for inbound and / outbound business.
  • Develop new source of income and play a vital role for the growth of the Company.
  • Any other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 7 years of relevant real estate experience ideally in the commercial office sector preferably in property management or asset management.
  • Effectively bilingual in both written and spoken Korean and English.
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical and Excel-based modelling skills.
  • Ability to multi-task; entrepreneurial, and self-directed individual with demonstrable ability to effectively complete tasks within demanding timelines and competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with, engage, and convince others and motivate the team.
  • Good working level of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
