Financial PR Senior Manager (Retainer)
moomoo · Hong Kong
About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Lead financial PR services for listed clients, including but not limited to annual/interim earnings call, roadshows, investor communication events, coordination with investors/analysts, and communication support for annual and interim reports. Act as the primary daily contact for clients, independently managing the entire project lifecycle from proposal planning and resource coordination to on-site execution.
- IR Strategic Support: Provide actionable capital market communication recommendations based on the client’s industry context, share price and trading volume performance, shareholder structure, and analyst coverage to craft their capital market narrative.
- Client Relationship Management: Full client lifecycle management, building long-term value and rapport. Assist in drafting strategic proposals and preparing pitch materials for new client tenders.
- Service Knowledge Management & Optimization: Continuously monitor HKEX market trends, regulatory policies, and shifts in investor preferences. Help optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to the continuous iteration of the team's service capabilities.
Requirements
- Background: 5+ years of relevant work experience in financial PR; prior in-house IR experience at a HK-listed company is a strong plus. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Manager or Senior Associates.
- Professional Expertise: Familiar with the processes and timelines of HK-listed company results briefings, roadshows, and investor relations activities. Capable of reading financial statements and corporate announcements, exercising sound judgment regarding what information can be publicly communicated versus what requires careful handling, and possessing foundational data analysis skills.
- Execution & Communication: Proven ability to independently execute complex end-to-end projects with a strong sense of responsibility. Direct and efficient communication style, capable of interfacing simultaneously with client executives, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Personality & Traits: Driven and innovative, yet grounded enough to execute details flawlessly—capable of thinking strategically about "what the client needs" while ensuring flawless tactical execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Journalism and Communication, Marketing, or related fields. Strong English proficiency is a plus; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
