About The Role
Key Responsibilities Support participants within an assigned Zoom breakout room and respond when they become stuck or request help. Diagnose weak, incomplete, inaccurate, overly generic, or unexpected AI outputs by reviewing the participant’s objective, prompt, context, instructions, and intended deliverable. Provide tool-agnostic guidance and help participants improve prompts and outputs through iteration without taking over the activity. Explain AI concepts and troubleshooting steps clearly to participants with different levels of AI experience. Help participants evaluate outputs for accuracy, completeness, relevance, unsupported assumptions, bias, and appropriate use. Reinforce responsible handling of confidential information, escalate questions outside the coach’s role, flag recurring issues to the instructor, and participate in required preparation and debrief activities.
Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience using generative AI for professional, business, educational, or substantial project work. Demonstrated ability to refine prompts and troubleshoot weak, inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected AI-generated outputs across different platforms. Excellent verbal communication, active-listening, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to guide participants with varying levels of AI experience without taking over or completing their work. Experience providing live support to users, customers, learners, colleagues, or participants. Proficiency using Zoom, including breakout rooms, chat, screen sharing, audio and video controls, and other common meeting functions. Sound judgment regarding AI accuracy, privacy, confidentiality, bias, human review, responsible use, and appropriate escalation. Preferred Qualifications Experience using more than one leading generative AI platform, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or a comparable tool. Experience supporting adult learners, facilitating virtual sessions, or providing one-on-one technical or instructional coaching. Experience creating practical HR or business work products with generative AI. HR or related subject-matter experience—particularly in HR operations, learning and development, analytics or dashboarding, workforce planning, or employee relations and investigations—is helpful but not required. Relevant AI, HR, facilitation, or adult-learning training or credentials; enterprise experience—is helpful but not required. Logistics and Additional Requirements PC or laptop with the latest operating system on Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, or Linux (Redhat or Debian-based distros), with the most recent release of Google Chrome installed. Webcam and microphone with high-quality audio. Work environment free from background noise and distractions High-speed, password-protected internet connection. Performing work over an open wireless network connection is not allowed. Backup fiber internet connection. Android phone, iPhone, or iPad for two-step verification. Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours. Freelancer agrees to turn on their camera during training, seminars, and other meetings as requested.
We are seeking 6–8 experienced generative AI users to support a pilot series of highly interactive, instructor-led virtual HR workshops. During each workshop, participants will use a generative AI tool to create a practical HR-related work product. A primary instructor will lead the session, while AI Prompt Coaches provide individualized assistance in Zoom breakout rooms. The workshops are tool agnostic. Participants may use different generative AI platforms, so coaches must be able to diagnose prompt and output issues without relying on one specific product or interface. This is not a primary instructor, employment-law advisor, or Zoom Support role. Coaches will provide practical guidance, help participants make progress, and avoid taking over or completing the activity for them. Engagement Details Pilot program seeking 6–8 AI Prompt Coaches, with the potential to expand the talent pool. Remote, project-based independent contractor opportunity. Workshops are delivered through Zoom. Each assignment includes approximately: Two hours of live workshop support 30 minutes of pre-session preparation A brief post-session debrief Workshop dates and times will vary and may occur on any day of the week during U.S. Eastern Time hours.
