NPI Project leadership team

A

Define Level 2 and Level 3 according to Level 1 plan from project leader.

B

Define tooling requirement including coordinate with CM for the new process setup of NPI projects.

C

Manage the local extended team to provide appropriate support to NPI product. Provide problem solving and assist both CM and II-VI’s team to ensure on time delivery.

D

Drive team for the gate exit delivery and submit operational function review.

E

Close opened items and ensure knowledge transfer including RMA support from NPI phase to Mass phase.
CM management

A

Manage CM to provide output as expectation and their commitment to meet business requirement.

B

Manage CM to ensure capacity and capability of production line could support product delivery with quality and competitive cost.

C

Advise and supervise CM for product yield/process improvement/RMA

D

Review/approve/provide feedback for document related to manufacturing which have been released to CM.

E

Review product cost (RFQ) and E&O Collaborate with team for cost reduce introduction.

F

Initiate and/or implement test time reduction And product Cost reduction plan

Education

Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Optics, Electronics, Semiconductors, telecommunication or equivalent technical discipline from an accredited college or university

Experience

5-10 years of working experience in manufacturing engineer, with experiences about problem analysis and problem solving
Experiences about product/process improvement, and cost reduction
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
