This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager - Pague Contas (Cashout) based in Brazil.
This role offers the opportunity to own the evolution of complex financial products within a fast-growing fintech <environment.You> will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across Cashout, DDA, collections, and settlement, connecting strategic vision with technical execution.The position combines customer experience, experimentation, data-driven prioritization, and regulatory <compliance.You> will work closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, Compliance, Risk, and Business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.Your decisions will directly influence product adoption, operational efficiency, customer journeys, and the reliability of critical payment flows.The role requires strong knowledge of payment products and banking infrastructure, along with the ability to navigate complex regulated <environments.It> is an excellent opportunity for a product leader who enjoys autonomy, continuous experimentation, and solving sophisticated financial technology challenges.
Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Cashout, DDA, collections, and settlement solutions, from strategy and discovery through execution and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute experimentation strategies, including A/B testing across onboarding, activation, conversion, and customer journeys.
- Identify customer friction points and translate insights into product improvements that increase adoption and satisfaction.
- Use product metrics, data analysis, and customer insights to prioritize the backlog and make informed product decisions.
- Define, monitor, and communicate critical product success metrics and performance indicators.
- Act as a key connector between Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Business, Design, and Growth teams, aligning stakeholders and managing changes in complex environments.
- Partner with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure products and processes comply with Central Bank of Brazil requirements and applicable payment regulations.
- Identify opportunities for innovation that improve customer experiences and increase operational efficiency.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and use it to prioritize solutions while balancing expected value, complexity, and effort.
- Drive high-impact product delivery while maintaining a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve payment, collection, reconciliation, and settlement journeys.
- Maintain a growth mindset, actively learning new technologies, financial products, regulatory requirements, and product management practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within fintech, banking, payments, or other financial-services environments.
- Strong knowledge of payment products and core banking processes, including boletos, TED, SLC, and DDA.
- Experience or solid understanding of integrations with SPB or SPI.
- Strong familiarity with product metrics, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Advanced understanding of APIs and their application in financial product integrations.
- Familiarity with CNAB files, including remittance and return processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to different audiences.
- Strong stakeholder-management and collaboration skills, with the ability to align technical, business, compliance, and operational perspectives.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to investigate customer and operational challenges and translate them into actionable product opportunities.
- Experience working in regulated environments and understanding the importance of compliance, risk management, and operational resilience.
- Experience with DDA, automated bank reconciliation, and end-to-end settlement flows is highly desirable.
- Experience working with Central Bank-regulated products and payment compliance is an advantage.
- Familiarity with integrations involving JD Consultores, Nuclea, and/or Celcoin is a plus.
- A degree or academic background in Product Management, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is desirable.
- Certifications or courses in Product Management, fintech, or financial regulations are advantageous.
