About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Description

  • End-to-End Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of cross-border logistics sales projects across South Korea, covering opportunity registration, project initiation and follow-up, tender/bid support, contract signing, service delivery monitoring, and payment collection through to closure.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage regional sales pipeline data, regularly prepare project progress reports, identify high-risk opportunities and projects, and drive corrective actions to ensure timely progress.
  • Key Project Management: Lead and follow up on critical country-level revenue growth, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement initiatives, including major customer tenders, loss-making business improvement, and other strategic projects, taking ownership of project outcomes.
  • Contract & Service Delivery Management: Coordinate with Legal on contract review and establish contract execution tracking mechanisms. Monitor SLA performance and manage contract changes and related issues throughout the service delivery process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with pre-sales solution, operations, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure information alignment, resource availability, and timely resolution of project issues.
  • Payment Collection Management: Follow up on the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including customer invoicing, reconciliation, payment collection, and final settlement. Work closely with Finance to monitor outstanding receivables and achieve collection targets.
  • Knowledge Management: Capture project experience and best practices, and build and maintain a regional project management knowledge base and case library.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5–8 years of professional experience , including at least 3 years of experience in project management, sales management, supply chain solutions, or customer relationship management within the cross-border logistics or supply chain industry .
  • Experience working locally in South Korea, or experience managing relationships with customers in these markets.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end project management lifecycle, with hands-on experience using CRM systems and project management tools .
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business risks and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong results orientation, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to drive initiatives and achieve business outcomes.
