About The Role

As a Production Scheduler II here at Honeywell, you will be leading globally across the supply chain network to gather and manage information about our businesses' capacity to meet customer demand.

In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning & execution process within the SBG business. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and manage the people and processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning, inventory & replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the production schedule to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
  • Monitor production performance and take corrective actions to ensure production targets are met
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time
  • Analyze production data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2+ years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing, or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their applications in production control.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.

The annual base salary range for this position is $68k - $102k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
