The successful candidate will be responsible for managing VIP Security Officers and ensuring that safety and security needs are met.

You Bring

  • Registered with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) - Grade C
  • 1-3 Years People Management

A Bonus To Have

  • Matric
  • Valid driver's license
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)

What You’ll Do For The Brand

  • Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
  • Review staffing levels to maintain full coverage of posts.
  • Assists in the supervision of Security Officers on assigned shift.
  • Responsible for the proper execution of assigned duties.
  • Provide training to new security officers.
  • Doing branch visits for observation purposes, attend to all emergencies and report to the manager.
  • Detains trespassers or law violators on-site until arrival of law enforcement.
  • Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work.
  • Performance assessments and disciplinary action.
  • Maintaining a professional Departmental and Company reputation.
  • Maintaining a regular and consistent attendance record.
  • Keeping well-informed of and adhering to all rules, regulations and policies.
  • Providing protection to the company its employees and customers.
  • Interacting with local Law Enforcement Agencies as required.
  • Assist in operating the timekeeping system when required.
  • Attending and completing all required training as assigned.
