TECHNICAL SERVICES SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities overview – Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support our European customers in remote diagnostics and remote coding, as well as automotive technical support; Develop our services in the field of macsRemote remote diagnostics; Counselling and support in connection with updating diagnostic testers; Working towards achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets as defined; Providing feedback to Team Leaders from a continuous improvement perspective regarding the service to customers; Build close working relationships with all internal departments to improve products and services, always looking to reduce costs.
