The Asset Management fleet team manages all elements of both light and heavy fleet from development of CIP papers, procurement, maintenance, roadworthiness, and day to day management of all vehicles, both landside and airside. The business support role will primarily support the Fleet Manager and deliver a best-in-class solution, ensure vehicle roadworthiness and coordinate vehicle maintenance.

  • Manage day-to-day fleet roadworthiness and compliance, ensuring all vehicles meet RSA, CVRT, NCT, taxation, registration and associated regulatory requirements.
  • Administer fleet management and telematics systems, including service scheduling, work order management, repairs, parts allocation, job closure and data retention.
  • Maintain accurate fleet and equipment records, including vehicle registers, technical documentation, maintenance histories, certifications and compliance records.
  • Coordinate fleet logistics and supplier activities, including vehicle movements, service appointments, inspections, testing and the resolution of invoice and payment queries.
  • Support financial and procurement processes, including Oracle and PO administration, BPA management, CAPEX/OPEX reporting, credit card reconciliation, tender support and supplier engagement.
  • Produce and distribute fleet performance, utilisation, fuel, EV charging, environmental and expenditure reports, providing KPI insights to business stakeholders.
  • Support regulatory audits and governance requirements, responding to IAA, SRD, ISO and RSA requests and ensuring appropriate document control and retention.
  • Lead fleet information and asset management initiatives, including SharePoint development, records management improvements, and operational support for airfield winter operations and snow events
  • Minimum of 2 years’ in similar role
  • Full clean B category driver’s license essential
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
