About the Role We are looking for an experienced disaster response and humanitarian assistance professional to support the Foundation’s disaster relief efforts across domestic and international markets. You will play a key role in assessing emergencies, coordinating resources and partners, and leading field response activities, while helping strengthen the Foundation’s long-term disaster response capabilities and social impact. Key Responsibilities Lead disaster response activities from situation assessment and needs evaluation through resource mobilisation, field execution, and post-response review. Coordinate personnel, supplies, logistics, volunteers, local partners, and other resources to deliver timely and effective assistance to affected communities. Build and manage relationships with NGOs, rescue organisations, community groups, suppliers, logistics providers, and volunteer networks to strengthen emergency response capabilities. Support responsible documentation and communications of frontline relief efforts, working with Brand and Communications teams to develop authentic social-impact stories while respecting the privacy, dignity, and wishes of affected communities. Develop and improve disaster response processes, SOPs, field checklists, resource databases, and post-project review practices to strengthen the Foundation’s readiness and effectiveness. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in disaster relief, humanitarian assistance, emergency response, disaster recovery, or related fields, with substantial hands-on frontline and field execution experience. Proven experience leading or independently executing major disaster response operations , including situation assessment, needs evaluation, resource coordination, and field implementation. Strong field judgement, emergency response, and cross-organisational coordination skills , with experience working with NGOs, community organisations, suppliers, volunteers, or other response stakeholders in complex and resource-constrained environments. Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel and emergency deployments as required. International disaster relief or humanitarian assistance experience is advantageous. Strong Chinese communication skills and good working proficiency in English , with the ability to work independently with international stakeholders. Experience with international humanitarian organisations, Red Cross organisations, professional rescue organisations, major charitable foundations, or disaster-prone regions is advantageous.
