Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the machinery industry.
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance.

Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the machinery industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Knowledge of the machinery industry, including products, solutions, and market trends.
