Quality Surveying (QS)

1-Prepare and tracked QS plan (IFC, SD & As built drawings) according to project status.

2-Preforming, submit and negotiate all Quantity take off sheets for project items.

3-Justification report for Target invoice (EV) VS Client invoice.

4-Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.

5-Help in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) under supervision.

6-Coordinate with site engineers and procurement for quantity verification.

7-Participate in meetings with consultants and subcontractors, taking minutes as needed.
