Understanding customers business requirements and presenting the new concept and creating valuable partnerships.
Prepare Key Accounts / Modern Trade/ HORECA sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy for the Zone/Region.
Drive profitability and revenue growth by expanding market share of Cream Bell in the Non-Dairy Cream Category.
Align and execute trade promotions interventions with the sales strategy and overall business strategy.
Lead resource for planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, planning, development & execution of joint business plans.
Monitoring SKU wise performance of the category and taking corrective actions for the Zone/Region.
Achieving consistent growth by managing various internal (Culinary, Production, Quality etc.) and external stakeholders.
Provide trade information, competitor's activities, and market insights to the leadership team for making informed decisions.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, quality standards (FASSI), and ethical practices.
Identify opportunities for expanding the non-dairy cream business into new markets or product segments, driving growth and market penetration.
