About The Role

Join the Klépierre’s European HR team, a team of around XXX professionals. ​

As part of its European HR strategy, Klépierre is launching a pilot project to test a Talent Acquisition Hub model serving several of the Group’s European countries. Based in Madrid and reporting to the Group Human Resources team, the VIE Talent Acquisition Specialist will support recruitment activities across several European subsidiaries while contributing to the harmonization and continuous improvement of recruitment practices throughout the Group.

This position offers a unique international exposure and the opportunity to help shape a new European HR service model. Beyond day-to-day recruitment activities, you will play an active role in developing and enhancing the Group’s Talent Acquisition tools, processes and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your areas of responsibility will include

  1. Manage recruitment activities across a European scope

In partnership with local HR teams and hiring managers, you will

  • Gather and qualify recruitment needs, including business context, responsibilities, required skills, budget and timelines.
  • Draft and formalize job descriptions in line with Group standards.
  • Advise stakeholders on candidate profiles and appropriate sourcing strategies.
  • Write and publish job advertisements in alignment with Klépierre’s employer brand.
  • Manage job posting distribution across the most relevant channels (internal platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, universities, professional networks, etc.) and proactively source candidates when appropriate.
  • Conduct an initial screening of applications.
  • Lead pre-screening interviews to assess:
  • Key competencies
  • Motivation
  • Availability
  • Alignment with Klépierre’s culture and values
  • Present shortlisted candidates to HR teams and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate psychometric assessments when required and share results with HR and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records within the HRIS (Oracle).
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience across all countries involved by:
  • Coordinating interview scheduling
  • Monitoring candidate progress throughout the recruitment process
  • Providing timely and consistent feedback to candidates
  • Maintaining regular contact with candidates between offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Updating candidate information within the HRIS
  • Ensuring smooth handover of information to local HR teams for hiring and onboarding activities, including within HR systems
  • Prepare onboarding journeys for new hires.
  • Create and update the required data within HR and budgeting systems.
  • Monitor and support the onboarding process.
  1. Contribute to the development of a group talent acquisition centre of expertise

You will also support the design and continuous improvement of the Group’s Talent Acquisition framework by

  • Developing and enhancing interview guides by job family in partnership with HR teams and business stakeholders.
  • Creating assessment tools and case studies to support objective hiring decisions.
  • Contributing to sourcing initiatives and employer branding activities.
  • Supporting the definition and implementation of recruitment best practices across Europe.
  • Documenting, standardizing and improving recruitment processes, including through automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Contributing to the deployment and optimization of processes within our HRIS.
  • Supporting the evaluation and evolution of the Talent Acquisition Hub pilot model by:
  • Defining and monitoring common recruitment KPIs (pipeline, time-to-fill, conversion rates, quality of hire, etc.)
  • Producing analyses and actionable recommendations

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Ideally, you will have a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • You will have an initial significant experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Executive Search/Recruitment Consulting.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different countries and functions.
  • Service-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, attention to detail and autonomy.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Good command of digital HR tools; knowledge of Oracle Recruiting and/or Oracle HRIS would be a plus.

Languages

  • Fluent French is required.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Spanish is highly recommended.
