Technical Lead (Full Stack Developer)

Are you a senior Full Stack Developer ready to take the next step into technical leadership?

At Unisys, you'll have the opportunity to lead the delivery of enterprise-grade solutions, mentor developers, and work across modern technologies including .NET, Azure, APIs, DevOps, and cloud-based architectures. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, giving you the chance to influence solution delivery while helping teams succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading technical delivery across development projects
Working across front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, and cloud environments
Collaborating with Project Managers, Test Teams, Operations, and key stakeholders
Identifying and resolving technical challenges to keep projects on track
Supporting Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the development team
Mentoring and supporting junior developers

You will be successful in this role if you have

What You'll Bring

5+ years of relevant IT experience.
2+ years experience as Technical Lead minimum required.
Strong .NET development background
Experience with C#, ASP.NET/Core, ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs, and Swagger
Object-oriented analysis and design experience
Microsoft SQL Server expertise
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Cloud development experience, preferably Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of API Management platforms such as MuleSoft or Apigee is advantageous
Experience with microservices architecture is highly desirable
BA/BS Degree (Master's degree preferred)
