As a Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Honeywell, you will lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team to ensure efficient and effective production processes for semiconductor products.

As a Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering Manager here at Honeywell, you will be entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of overseeing and managing all facets of our semiconductor manufacturing operations. Leveraging your extensive background in semiconductor fabrication and progressive leadership experience, you will play a central role in developing and implementing cutting-edge manufacturing strategies and processes.

Your scope will include ensuring stringent compliance with quality standards and regulations, optimizing production efficiency, and driving cost-reduction initiatives without compromising on product excellence. Leading cross-functional teams, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering collaboration among engineers and stakeholders. Your role extends to providing technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, contributing to their professional growth and ensuring a high level of expertise within the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with overall business goals
  • Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of semiconductor products, conducting design reviews and quality assurance processes
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions to complex issues related to semiconductor design and manufacturing
  • Implement best practices and industry standards to drive process improvement
  • Generate technical reports, presentations, and updates for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support patent applications, intellectual property creation, and technology advancements

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • 6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • In-depth knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and manufacturing technologies.
