About The Role
As a Lead Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Aerospace business unit in Clearwater, FL. You will work with a team of technicians In support of product and engineering test to ensure the smooth operation of engineering processes and systems. Your leadership and technical skills will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business.
You will report directly to our Engineering Test Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location
In this role, you will have a significant impact on our Aerospace business unit by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our engineering processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices. Your attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems will be instrumental in meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of engineering Test processes.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure the quality and efficiency of engineering processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.
- Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Engineering Technician or a related role.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical systems and components.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- US Citizenship due to contractual requirements.
- Basic knowledge of Oscilloscopes and Digital Multimeters
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
