Manager, HR Business Partnering

• Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our EMEA Human Resources Team in the position of HR Business Partner on a full-time basis for Germany.
• The HR Business Partner is responsible for managing all tasks along the employee life cycle and partnering with the business leaders to support all HR related matters.

• Advising on employee lifecycle processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, rewards, employee development and offboarding
• Working closely with leaders to achieve HR and organizational goals and support on all employment related matters
• Responsibility for process improvements and own projects within the area of responsibility
• Support set-up of new locations within the EMEA region
• Support global & regional projects from a local perspective
• Overseeing Payroll & HR admin activities in Germany, including leadership of the local HR Specialist
• Contact person for questions from employees and managers about HR processes and systems
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent level in Business Administration, Management Studies, Human Resources or related fields
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role
• Fluency in English and German
• Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The typical salary range for this position is: €63.000 - €87.000 (paid as 13-monthly salaries)
