Our solutions support light and commercial vehicles (on- and off-highway), as well as marine and industrial applications, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and power generation.

Join our team as a Sr Procurement Process Improvement Analyst!

Play a key role in driving procurement transformation by leading strategic process improvement initiatives, sustainability programs, and digitalization projects across Garrett's global Procurement organization. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, optimize procurement processes, implement innovative tools and technologies, and support the organization's long-term operational excellence and sustainability objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategic procurement process improvement initiatives, including process changes, new procedures, work instructions, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Drive Procurement AOP and STRAP objectives by coordinating key transformation projects and monitoring implementation progress.
  • Manage updates to existing procurement processes based on new regulations, customer requirements, Kaizen events, RCCA outcomes, audit findings, and systemic improvements.
  • Organize and facilitate cross-functional working sessions with Procurement, Commodity Management, GBE, Quality, Indirect Sourcing, and IT teams to identify priorities and align on action plans.
  • Lead strategic sustainability initiatives for Procurement and support the deployment of the Procurement Sustainability Roadmap.
  • Monitor sustainability market trends, emerging regulations, and customer expectations impacting procurement activities.
  • Develop and deliver sustainability communications, presentations, training materials, supplier communications, and awareness programs.
  • Manage and continuously improve Procurement tools including Coupa, SCC, FlowEx, and Helix.
  • Act as the functional administrator and primary point of contact for user support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
  • Identify, prioritize, and coordinate digitalization opportunities, automation initiatives, and process efficiency improvements in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Support the implementation of new procurement technologies and system modules, including PLM (Helix), Coupa enhancements, and SCC developments.
  • Develop training materials and lead training sessions for Procurement teams and external suppliers.
  • Drive AI, automation, and digitization initiatives to improve process efficiency and reduce manual activities.
  • Track project milestones, implementation progress, and benefits realization across multiple simultaneous initiatives.

What We Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • MBA and/or Project Management certification is considered a plus.
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Previous experience in process improvement, project management, business transformation, or procurement operations.
  • Knowledge of procurement functions and sourcing processes is considered a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional and global teams in a complex, multi-regional environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and data management tools.
  • Experience managing or deploying IT tools, systems, or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa, SCC, FlowEx, Helix, or similar enterprise solutions is preferred.
  • Experience with sustainability programs, process automation, AI solutions, or digitalization initiatives is considered a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
