About The Role

The Senior Executive - Accounts will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success and stability of Digitide Solutions Limited. They will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounting function, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to provide financial insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field, with experience in leading and managing accounting teams.

Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing insights to key stakeholders.
Implement and maintain robust accounting practices and internal controls to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support business initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in accounting.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the company's compliance.
Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning and decision-making.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with experience in implementing and optimizing financial systems.
