About The Role
As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's talent acquisition strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from developing creative sourcing strategies to ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the best talent to drive our business forward.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies for bulk hiring, focusing on efficiency and quality.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and translate them into effective recruitment plans.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a diverse and inclusive talent pool.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, especially in the BPO sector.
- Implement and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to optimize future hiring campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, especially in mass hiring scenarios.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Manager role, preferably with a focus on BPO or mass hiring.
- Proven track record of successful bulk hiring campaigns and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, with a strong understanding of BPO industry dynamics.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a candidate-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and recruitment trends.
