About The Role

The Senior Content Analyst's (SCA) major tasks will support the Private Market use case for Loans Content. The SCA will collaborate with various teams on analyzing and validating sources, support the integration of Loans into the overall Private Markets coverage, and support the development and execution of the training strategy.

The SCA will handle task assignments among all members, and produce quarterly league tables, among others. The SCA will also be involved in group and individual projects like cleanses, validations, enhancements, etc. The SCA will attend to most of the internal and external queries.

The SCA role is very critical in order to maintain timely, efficient and high-quality operations within the Private Markets Loans Team.

Role Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Perform data investigation on diagnostic, descriptive, and statistical output during the course of research projects.
  • Participates in the development of new business proposals and assists on other ongoing project work as needed.
  • Helps train, develop and supervise more junior analysts.
  • Uses specific market/language skills to deliver on customer/business requirements, adhering to the quality metrics set.
  • Leads and supports in the resolution of client cases by fixing the data integrity, missing data and other similar issues.
  • Processes data in an accurate and timely manner using the knowledge of the tools and financial markets or compliance industry.
  • Adheres to the collection policy by using approved sources to identify, convert, supplement, and apply data
  • Collaborates with internal and external teams to support sourcing and collection of data.
  • Supports specific complex projects assigned and meets or exceeds targets defined.
  • Reports process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
