Marketing Writer (Recruitment & Employer Branding)

We are seeking a fast, creative Marketing Writer to craft platform-native content that attracts and engages top talent across digital channels. You will oversee employer branding campaigns and recruitment advertising—particularly within specialized talent markets—translating role requirements into compelling, human messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Write copy for job ads, landing pages, social media, campaign scripts, and brand stories.
• Adapt tone and content formats specifically for LinkedIn, Meta, X, Threads, and Reddit.
• Support marketing campaign planning, execution, and content calendar rollouts.
• Produce simple visual and video assets using tools like Canva and CapCut.
• Assist with content production and provide coverage for live company and recruitment events.
• Monitor social media trends, talent market sentiment, and campaign performance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a writer, copywriter, or content specialist.
• Demonstrated experience with recruitment marketing or employer branding content.
• Proficiency in basic design or video editing tools (Canva, CapCut preferred).
• Strong English command with the ability to shift between professional and conversational tones.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Willing to work fully onsite on a dayshift schedule.
• Exposure to healthcare/clinical talent markets or paid social ads is a plus.
