The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and an exciting sealing season ahead, we're looking for both experienced STMS professionals and Traffic Controllers to join our Blenheim team.

We have both permanent and fixed-term opportunities available , with fixed-term roles running through the busy sealing season from October to March .

No traffic management experience? That's okay.

For Traffic Controller roles, we're looking for people with the right attitude, great work ethic, and willingness to learn. We'll provide the training and support to help you build a career and progress through the industry.

Many of our leaders started on the roads as Traffic Controllers.

As an STMS you will

• Lead crews on temporary traffic management sites
• Deliver safe and efficient traffic management solutions
• Coach and develop team members
• Ensure projects are completed safely and professionally

As a Traffic Controller you will

• Assist with traffic management set-ups and pack-downs
• Help keep worksites and road users safe
• Guide vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians through work areas
• Work closely with a supportive and experienced team

• Have strong communication and teamwork skills

• For STMS candidates, previous industry experience and relevant qualifications are essential.
