Your Responsibilities

As a Working Student in Human Resources, you will support our HR team in a variety of operational and strategic activities, including:

• Supporting different HR teams with administrative and day-to-day HR processes
• Contributing to the harmonization, optimization, and digitalization of HR processes across various business areas
• Participating in cross-functional HR projects
• Supporting recruitment activities and candidate management
• Assisting with time management administration and HR controlling activities
• Creating presentations, tutorials, guidelines, and training materials
• Supporting the development and implementation of modern HR tools and processes

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an affinity for digital tools and processes
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Genuine interest in Human Resources and people-related topics
• Fluent German speaking
