職務の主な目的（Primary Function）
Supplier Adminは、アジレントのラボエンタープライズソリューションをお客様へ提供するうえで重要な役割を担うポジションです。
EPC（エンタープライズプログラムコーディネーター）と協力し、発注・支払業務等の主担当として、お客様のあらゆるプログラムのニーズに対応します。
主な職務内容
お客様の主窓口となるEPC（エンタープライズプログラムコーディネーター）と連携し、取引先の管理、見積取得、発注・支払業務を担当し、サプライヤーとの取引を円滑に進めることが主業務となります。

Qualifications

応募要件（Minimum Requirements）
-学士号
-類似の環境での実務経験が 1〜2 年以上（上位レベル職務の場合）
-GxP もしくはコンプライアンス環境に関する基礎知識があれば尚可
-高い顧客対応スキル
-優れた計画力および組織力
-ビジネスレベルの日本語能力
望ましいスキル・知識（Desired Skills / Knowledge）
経験・資質
-技術サービスの見積書、発注書、請求書の内容理解および処理経験
-大量の情報を詳細レベルまで正確に処理した経験
-日常会話レベルの英語力
対人スキル（People Skills）
-優れたコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文書）
-技術サービスを扱うカスタマーサービス職の経験
-クロスファンクショナルな環境で業務を遂行できる
状況対応力（Situational）
-高い適応力があり、状況を素早く判断して妥当な行動を選択できる
-顧客の成功を強く意識して業務に取り組める
-ソリューション志向のマインドセット
技術経験（Technical Experience）
-ラボ環境での業務経験があれば大きな強み
-SAP または同等の ERP システムの使用経験
-Microsoft Office の基本ツールの操作に習熟している

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
