Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across Japan.
Develop and execute annual business development strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
Lead the entire sales cycle and achieve annual sales targets.

Strategic Client Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with key pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
Act as a trusted advisor and expand strategic accounts.

Japan Market Strategy

Develop and implement market growth strategies for Japan.
Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with local, regional, and global teams.
Support bid defense meetings and strategic presentations.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience.
Demonstrated success in the Japanese market.
Proven ability to achieve annual sales targets.
Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
Experience within CRO, clinical research, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries.
Established network among Japanese pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
