Process and track customer orders accurately from booking to final delivery.
Provide proactive order-status updates and coordinate with customers, Sales, Logistics, Labs and MSP teams.
Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations within defined TATs.
Support digital ordering/CRM platforms and assist customers with order-related issues.
Coordinate deliveries, order diversions, accompaniments and stock-related activities.
Maintain accurate records, stock data, invoices and relevant customer documentation.
Prepare operational reports and analyze data to identify delays, gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support payment follow-ups and other customer-related operational requirements as needed.
Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, compliance requirements and customer service standards.

Strong verbal and written communication.
Good MS Excel and numerical/analytical skills.
Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
Strong coordination, multitasking and attention to detail.
Ability to work with CRM/ERP/order-management systems.
Process-driven mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline.
Relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Operations; experience in optical/vision care is preferred.
Good command of English and local language.
