About The Role

As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will be a vital part of our Business Loans team, focusing on generating and converting leads. Your primary objective is to identify potential customers, understand their business needs, and guide them through the loan application process. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.

Conduct thorough research and identify potential business loan customers.
Reach out to leads via telephone, email, or other digital platforms.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable loan solutions.
Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with clients as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to loan approval.

Attend training sessions to enhance your telemarketing and sales skills.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Prior experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the financial industry, is preferred.
