About The Role

As the Head of Partner Management for Domino's India, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring smooth operations. Your primary focus will be on managing relationships with partners, negotiating favorable rental terms, and overseeing contract and payment processes. You will lead a team of regional partner managers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective partnership management across the country.

  • Lead and mentor a team of regional partner managers, providing strategic direction and support.
  • Negotiate rental agreements and terms with partners for all Domino's stores in India.
  • Manage and oversee contract execution, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Handle payment processes, including timely payments and resolving any payment-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner management strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in partner management processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on partner management activities to senior leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and innovative approaches to partner management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in partner management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a diplomatic approach.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian market and business landscape.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in contract management and legal compliance is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for partner management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
