About The Role

Lead the day-to-day management, operational support and continuous improvement of PayBCA or any other systems that may be assigned.
Oversee the system during its warranty and maintenance phase, ensuring reliable, secure and timely support for business operations.
Drive the onboarding of new BCA e-services onto PayBCA and manage enhancement requests where required.
Work closely with the Finance team, Business Analyst and outsourced vendor to ensure smooth system operations, issue resolution and service delivery.
Report to the Deputy Director (Apps Services) and support BCA's broader digital service delivery objectives through effective project, vendor and stakeholder management.

Requirements

Experience managing enterprise applications, digital platforms or businesscritical production systems.
Strong understanding of incident, problem, change, release and service governance processes.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities and operational issues with minimal supervision.

Experience supporting budget and expenditure tracking, including contract, purchase order or invoice-related monitoring in collaboration with Finance and vendors.

Working knowledge of Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) on AWS.
Experience with GitLab for source code management, CI/CD pipelines, release coordination or deployment tracking.

Familiarity with SHIP-HATS governance requirements and secure software delivery practices.

Experience supporting payment systems, financial applications, enterprise platforms or customer-facing digital services.
Understanding API integrations, system interfaces and enterprise application ecosystems.

Awareness of cybersecurity, data governance, compliance and operational risk management considerations.
