About the RoleThis is a high-ownership content marketing role focused entirely on the German-speaking market, sitting at the intersection of brand, growth, and product. You'll define the voice and messaging strategy that helps businesses discover, evaluate, and trust an AI-powered communication platform — and you'll own execution from end to end.What You'll DoOwn the content marketing strategy and execution for the German-speaking market.Define and maintain brand voice across all stages of the customer journey.Write and manage website copy, landing pages, and campaign messaging in German.Produce high-converting copy for paid marketing channels including YouTube and Paid Social.Script ad creatives tailored to social and video formats.Develop and execute organic content strategies across social platforms.Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic, performance-driven content.Use A/B testing, user research, and performance data to continuously improve messaging effectiveness.Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging strategy.What We're Looking For4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Growth Marketing.Native German speaker with outstanding marketing writing skills; fluent English for internal communication.Background in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment.Strong grasp of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting.Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven messaging optimisation.Experience scripting ad creatives for YouTube and Paid Social channels.Proven ability to build and execute organic social content strategies.Experience collaborating with creators, customers, and influencers on content production.Analytical mindset with a genuine appetite for experimentation.Bonus: experience marketing AI products, voice technology, or conducting structured user research; familiarity with SEO best practices.Compensation & BenefitsAnnual salary range: €65,000 – €100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.LocationOn-site in Vienna, Austria.
