Role Overview & Purpose As a Senior Vice President within our Private Equity Fund Accounting team, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery for a portfolio of strategic clients. Working at the intersection of client relationships, operational leadership, and risk management, you will help drive high-quality outcomes, support business growth, and contribute to the continued evolution of our fund administration services. This is an opportunity to partner with experienced professionals, influence operational excellence, and help shape solutions for complex private equity fund structures. What You’ll Be Doing Client Service & Relationship Management Lead the delivery of high-quality fund administration services for key clients, ensuring service standards are consistently met. Build trusted client relationships and act as a senior point of contact for service-related matters. Engage with clients regularly to understand priorities, evaluate service quality, and identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered accurately and on time. Participate in client meetings and conference calls, providing insight and support on operational and reporting matters. Leadership & Team Development Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Senior Account Managers and their teams. Foster a collaborative, service-focused culture that encourages professional growth and accountability. Support the effective implementation of policies, procedures, and operational best practices across the department. Risk Management & Operational Excellence Oversee the assessment and monitoring of operational and client-related risks across funds under administration. Manage complex client issues, escalations, and service challenges, ensuring timely resolution. Identify areas of operational risk and recommend practical, scalable solutions. Monitor key operational developments and provide reporting on risk and service-related matters. Strategic Initiatives & Continuous Improvement Contribute to and lead business initiatives that support the ongoing growth and development of the Fund Administration business. Drive process improvement efforts and support the implementation of enhanced operating models and practices. Stay informed of industry and regulatory developments, helping ensure the business remains responsive to change.

What We’re Looking For You are a collaborative and commercially aware leader who combines strong technical expertise with a client-focused mindset. You are comfortable navigating complex operational environments, building strong stakeholder relationships, and guiding teams through change and growth. You bring experience managing client relationships within financial services and can balance strategic thinking with practical execution. You are confident leading discussions, resolving challenges, and influencing outcomes across a range of stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to foster engagement and accountability within teams while maintaining a focus on service excellence. Experience & Skills Essential Experience in fund accounting, financial services operations, product control, or a related environment. Strong technical knowledge of Private Equity Fund Accounting. Understanding of International GAAP and IFRS accounting principles. Experience leading, developing, and supporting teams. Ability to manage complex client relationships and service delivery requirements. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience driving process improvements, operational efficiencies, or business initiatives. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or a professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Desirable Experience working with Investran or other private equity accounting platforms. Exposure to budgeting, financial analysis, or broader business planning activities. Experience leading cross-functional projects within a fund administration or financial services environment.
