About The Role

Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of the General ledger in compliance with monthly closing deadlines
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with Accounting and Tax standards (e.g. IFRS,LUX GAAP, Tax rules) and company policies
Support the preparation of separate and consolidated financial statements and management reports of the Group, liaise with external auditors and consultants as needed
Assist to perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Assist to perform variance analysis of key P&L and balance sheet items
Contribute proactively to process improvements and finance function optimization Collaborating with other departments on financial matters
Perform ad hoc tasks as required by management
Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting
Strong experience in general ledger accounting, consolidation and financial reporting
Experience in multinational or corporate environment preferred
SAP knowledge is considered as an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication and documentation skills
Proficiency in Excel
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Reliable team player, detail-oriented, with a structured approach
